5 year Moratorium on ALL Commercial and Residential Subdivisions and Building

    I intend to propose and support into town law, a five (5) year moratorium on all commercial and residential subdivisions and building within the Town of Poughkeepsie, with the only exception being, the individual ownership of one-family residential housing on private land; in the extreme effort to halt the population growth of schools and traffic upon our already overburdened schools, highways, Police and Emergency Services; also in a continuing effort to preserve and protect our Natural Environment.
