Construction of Three (3) Route 9 Over-the-Highway Covered Safety Walkways

    I intend to propose and support into town law, an immediate “mandatory process” imposed against Marist College to install (build at their own cost) three (3) over-the-highway safety covered walkways for Marist safe pedestrian traffic, so not to be in interference with Route 9 motorist traffic.
