5 year FULL Moratorium on ANY and ALL Building of any Configuration by Tax Exempt Entities

    I intend to propose and support into town law, a five (5) year moratorium on any and all building of any configuration, upon any and all property owned by any tax exempt entity, within the Town of Poughkeepsie, in the extreme emergency effort to preserve “what little is left” of our Town of Poughkeepsie, Natural Environment.
