To continually correct any and all Road Hazards, within 24 hours of being reported.
Correct and Eliminate Home-Owner Land & home Flooding Problems, caused by inadequate road-way and soft shoulder design and installations.
To better efficiently manage the Town of Poughkeepsie Storm Water Management Program.
Undertake full responsibility for the removal of snow in areas of all Fire Hydrants to prevent the freezing of Fire Hydrants and to promote Fire Safety for all residents in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
Support a creation of a NEW volunteer Winter Snow Removal Brigade, to attend to Senior Citizens Emergency Needs, at no additional Town expense.
To revise efficiently, a Yearly Curbside Bulk Clean-Up, to include most all Unwanted items, except for toxic waste.
To revise the Collection Station for Brush and Debris, at NO CHARGE to Resident Tax Payers of the Town of Poughkeepsie.
To revise the Collection Station for Unwanted items, at NO CHARGE up to 300 lbs., and thereafter, a progressive affordable charge over 300 lbs.
To revise and extend more days throughout the year that the Collection Station will be open.
To Protest a Garbage Recycling Plant proposed for Tucker Drive, 3rd Ward, using Town Roads that are unable to support constant daily heavy truck traffic.
Supporter of a 5 year Town Wide Building Moratorium for the Town of Poughkeepsie.
Supporting a Revision of the Master Plan for Land Usage and Development.
