Police Dog Finds Woman Missing From Apartment

BEACON - A City Police Dog help find an elderly woman who wandered from her City
home last week.
The Family of the woman called City Police about 7:30 a.m. Monday after finding her missing from their home.
Police, with the help of Brixx, a Police Dog, tracked the missing woman about half a mile to the front porch of a house on Cliff Street. She was found huddled in a corner, visibly disoriented, as well as wet and cold, police said. She was returned home by police.
Officer Frank Pompilio was the K-9 officer with Brixx during the search.
