"NEW YORK STATE TROOPER CAUSES DEADLY ADRENALIN SPEED CHASE"

Man faces charges after 115 mph chase

"BADGE OF DISHONOR"

ClOVE VALLEY -- A Beekman man was arrested Tuesday night after he allegedly led police on a more-than-100 mph chase, state police at Stormville said.

The man, 20, was driving his motorcycle west on Route 55 near Deforest Lane when Trooper Shawne Maile noticed he was driving without a license plate.

The man allegedly sped off and led Maile on a chase during which speeds reached about 115 mph, Maile said. The man was allegedly driving without a motorcycle license. He was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving, possession of marijuana, a violation, and traffic violations.

CITIZENS OPINION:

New York State Trooper Shawne Maile, had endangered the innocent lives of  motorists and civilians alike, together with his own life, when he made his decision to personally proceed in an un-necessary, unsafe "115 mph Adrenalin High Speed Chase", "not knowing at this time that the man was allegedly driving without a motorcycle license", only being provoked by the visible appearing "minor violation" of an individuals vehicle not having a license plate affixed to it. (By New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law - this is considered to be a traffic violation, similar to having a broken tail light or having no inspection)

It is New York State Law that explains in great detail, that "High Speed Pursuits" (Adrenalin High Speed Chases) are un-necessary and are prohibited in the State of New York.

New York State Trooper Shawne Maile has failed to be informed of this law. "SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON YOU"

We also believe that the cause for the misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and other traffic violations now pending against this individual, are a direct result of New York State Trooper Shawne Maile's "Adrenalin High Speed Chase".
