Dear Kipp,

As a registered Independence Voter, I am writing to inform you as to the facts that are to follow.

            Not long ago, I personally asked for you signature upon my Independence Nominating Petition for Dutchess County Sheriff, and now as the only “TRUE” Independence Candidate, I am asking for all Enrolled Independence Voters to come out “STRONG” and show your Independence support by voting for me on this “conjured up” SEPTEMBER 9, 2003 Independence PRIMARY ELECTION, to keep me on the November 2003 General Election ballot, so as “not to allow”, “Big Brother” Republican Sheriff Adrian “Butch” Anderson, to only become victorious because the CORRUPTED Dutchess County Political Regime had been successful “illegally” in having him run “un-opposed”.

             It has been a well-known fact in the Dutchess County Political circles, that because of my stand against corruption, I am not the favorite of the present Corrupted Political Regime still in control of Dutchess County.

            They have orchestrated together with the assistance of Republican Dutchess County Elections Commissioner, David J. Gamanche, (the present-past extension of the convicted, corrupted, Paroli Regime), and “by the protection” of the present Republican Sheriff Anderson, affording them an “untouchable status”, they have over the past months without any public awareness, employed almost every “lowdown, underhanded, despicable, illegal methods” imaginable against my family and myself, to eliminate my candidacy as a “would be” victorious opponent against THEIR choice, “Big Brother” Republican Sheriff Adrian “Butch” Anderson. This must be accomplished because of their fear that he will un-doubtfully be defeated on this 2003 General Election, leaving them all vulnerable to my mercy, to enviably experience and circum to the same jail faith for criminal convictions that THEIR former corrupted leader William Paroli (former Dutchess County Republican Election Commissioner) received a few years ago.

            The NEWEST strategy underway by the Dutchess County corrupted Political Regime now in control, has orchestrated together with and supported by Republican Elections Commissioner Gamanche, their Republican “Puppet” Peter Barton, who claims to be the “self-ordained” Party Chair, who while acting as a Re-registered Independence Sheppard, has by self-serving desperate “illegal political acrobatics” placed REGISTERED Republican Candidate “Big Brother” Sheriff Anderson, a “REPUBLICAN-WOLF-in-Independence-sheep’s clothing” on the SEPTEMBER 9 Independence Primary Ballot against the “TRUE” REGISTERED Independence Candidate Saint Angel.

Barton has also, to further defraud the Independence Voters, by his assumption that they are all “Politically Ignorant”, is making a desperate final attempt to portray “GESTAPO Governmental’s”, “Big Brother” Registered Republican Sheriff Anderson, “masking” him as a Registered Independence Candidate who has been selected as their Party’s choice. This tactic is employed to deceive you into voting for Republican Sheriff Anderson on the SEPTEMBER 9, Primary, this will “eliminate” his only opponent Independence Candidate Saint Angel from the November Election ballot, allowing “Big Brother” Registered Republican Sheriff Anderson, to run un-opposed to guarantee his victory, on the Dutchess County General Election 2003.

If you wish to retain your “Independence Rights”, and your “Rights to Democracy”, as to having a “Right to choice”,            YOU MUST VOTE NOW           for Registered Independence Candidate SAINT ANGEL for Sheriff on this “conjured up” SEPTEMBER 9 2003 Independence PRIMARY or “loose your Right to choice” on Election day 2003.

             As any one can plainly see after reading the latest plea, from the committee of two, the “counter fit Independence duo” Mr. And Mrs. Peter and Laura Barton, within their “political acrobatics” by one final desperate attempt to further defraud you into believing their statements of “untruths”, in saying, “Dear Continuants,      Laura and I are writing to you today to ask that you lend your support to, and to cast your vote to help us get our “personal choice” Butch re-elected as Sheriff”.

             In conclusion, allow me to bring to your attention the following:

By their greeting to you, “Dear Continuants” – interesting enough, they never even took the time or the effort to even know your name, nor did they ever mention once that their “personal choice” “good-ole boy”, “Big Brother Butchie” is the incumbent Republican Candidate for Sheriff, they are just continually assuming that you are “politically ignorant and believing” by their attempt to create a positive image in your mind so you vote on this Primary day for Republican “Big Brother Butchie”.

             They must succeed in obtaining your Primary Vote for “good-ole boy Butchie” so as to have my candidacy eliminated from the ballot, so Republican “good-ole boy Butchie” could successfully run unopposed to a guaranteed victory on this November 2003 Election.

             Believe me, their greatest worry is not that if “Butchie” does not get re-elected, that they as the Republican “Foot Solders” will suffer and experience reticule from the Corrupted Regime because of their failure, but they know that if “good-ole boy Butchie” (their present protector) DOES NOT get re-elected, they will definitely be “criminally prosecuted” for their past criminal offences.

             What the “counterfeit Independence duo” does not realize is that, “You can fool some of the People - all of the time, and all of the People - some of the time, but NEVER ALL OF THE PEOPLE - ALL OF THE TIME”.
