"2ND CHANCE" for VEHICLE and TRAFFIC LAW violators

Resident / drivers of Dutchess County, who in the operation of a motor vehicle, and are apprehended by an Officer for having "non-purposely" and "unknowingly with discrepancy", committed a Vehicle and Traffic Law Violation; and "have not" committed a similar violation during the preceding one year, may be extended a "discretionary - 2ND CHANCE - COURTESY", and will at this time, only be issued a "VIOLATION WARNING TICKET".
