S.I.P.P.

The Sheriff will install camcorders in every Dutchess County Police Patrol Car, so as to afford audio / video protection for both, the Dutchess County Citizens, and the Law Enforcement Officers who protect and serve them.

All Law Enforcement Officers serving within Dutchess County, will be held Criminally Responsible when allegations of a Criminal Offense are brought against them, either, "when in an Official capacity"; or, by "personal violation"; it will be considered as an attempt to hide behind, "Color of the Law", and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law!
