INTRODUCING a "new" JAIL REFORM enforcement and efficiency program

.Develop and maintain, a Dutchess County Jail Inmate "CHAIN GANG" Exercise Program. (sentenced inmates only)

.Inmate jumpsuit clothing, will be of a "Bright Hot Pink Iridescent" color, printed with black "D.C. Jail" letters, resulting in, better noticeable outside public visibility identification.

.Develop and maintain, a Dutchess County "Non Violent Inmate" (out of jail) outside weekday "WORK PROGRAM"; income to pay for their jail support, balance to go to their families, reducing the welfare family support burden upon the taxpayer.

.Develop and maintain, an "INMATE RESTITUTION PROGRAM", wherein as the inmate, must pay for his room, board, and keep at the rate of $25.00 per day ($175.00) per week, back to the Dutchess County taxpayers for their incarceration generosity, to be earned by the inmate either by the "outside weekday Work Program" or by the "Chain gang exercise Program".

."ELIMINATE all inmate luxuries from Jail premises" except for "COMMUNITY RECREATION ROOMS" containing only one basketball (no basketball hoops) in each of the rooms that will be available for the inmates to use, by daily time allotted turns, as an exercise program, instead of choosing the "Chain gang" or the "outside weekday Work Program".

."ELIMINATE all inmate televisions from Jail premises" except for "COMMUNITY TELEVISION VIEWING ROOMS" where all Dutchess County Jail inmates of good behavior, will be allowed to relax, "only after completing their chosen daily Exercise Programs".

."REDUCTION OF JAIL INMATE POPULATION PROGRAM", will reduce terms of incarceration for "Non Violent Criminal Inmates" by their good behavior merits and willingness to be involved in the Rehabilitation Programs, such as the "INMATE RESTITUTION PROGRAM", the Inmate "CHAIN GANG" Exercise Program or the outside weekday "WORK PROGRAM"

."REORGANIZATION of all Jail Personnel and Corrections Officers", for extreme "PRODUCTIVITY" and "EFFICIENCY".

.All Dutchess County "CORRECTIONS OFFICERS will be ARMED" at all times, (except during their tour inside the Jail), and will have full "Peace Officer Status" at all times, if in the event of a needed necessary response to any outside Emergency Situation that they may be called upon, by the Sheriff.
