THE SHERIFF'S "JUVENILE BEHAVIORAL REGULATORY PROGRAM"

To develop and maintain a "Juvenile Behavioral Regulatory Environmental" "Boot Camp" for "wayward minors", at no cost to the citizen / taxpayers of Dutchess County.

The Sheriff, and the Parents cooperating and working together, to petition Family Court, for an "Order Seeking Assignment" for problem behavioral youths, to a "Juvenile Delinquent Boot Camp", before criminal behavior can occur.

Saint Angel says: Preventative Law Enforcement is "helping and guiding our young citizens today, is preventing us from having to incarcerate them tomorrow".
