Under my Command, as Sheriff of Dutchess County, I will implement "brand new theory" and "developments" for the men and women who will "proudly" and "honorably" wear the Sheriff's Uniform, also who will be dedicated and will sacrifice themselves as an example of enforcement of "law and order" for the people of Dutchess County - and shall become aggressive against criminal activity and apprehend any one person(s) or special interest group(s), "no matter what their status"; - so the taxpaying citizen of Dutchess County, may free themselves from the present clutches of the political, theatrical, tax - gobbling, "Special Interest" Regime.

"DEPUTY SHERIFF - PUBLIC IMAGE"

As Sheriff "Saint Angel" will create a "Brand New" Public image, together with "new uniforms" and a "new attitude" for the Dutchess County Deputy Sheriff. The Deputy Sheriff shall undergo intensive new "Public Servant", Law Enforcement Training Programs, developed by, and at the responsibility of the Dutchess County's "Chief Law Enforcement Officer", the Sheriff himself. The Deputy Sheriff shall foremost be immediately segregated, and shall eliminate all associations between all others, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies in Dutchess County. The Deputy Sheriff shall be endowed and empowered by the Sheriff, as an extension of his discretionary powers, to "supervise at will", all State and Local Law Enforcement Officers, during any "investigation or any incident" within Dutchess County; and shall have the "discretionary power to intervene", and or to "take full command" of such situation(s), and if at the discretion of the Deputy Sheriff, he feels that an "impropriety or abuse" of Law Enforcement is taking place, he will be empower to take "immediate charge" of the incident of investigation, "immediately relinquishing and securing the command" of the Police Officer that was involved; and furthermore, the Deputy Sheriff will be invoked with the extension of the "Sheriff's Power", to "arrest" any one who would interfere with the "Deputy Sheriff's Superseding Command".

The Deputy Sheriff will be proud to be "One Of The Best", in Dutchess County, the State and the Country, and to have his appearance to be welcomed and respected by the citizens, from all walks of life.
