DONALD MAHAR, 26 - POLICE OFFICER, Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department. NEPHEW to former TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE SUPERVISOR, THOMAS MAHAR, SR.; SUSPENDED, on what was called "ILLEGAL ACTIVITY", and later was allowed to conveniently, "QUIETLY RESIGN" from the Town Police, by CLOSED SESSION of the TOWN BOARD, left the State of New York to avoid a PUBLIC CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION and PROSECUTION - Only to return to Poughkeepsie years later, to be ARRESTED, plead GUILTY and SENTENCED to CRIMINAL FELONY DRUG CHARGES

This information has been furnished to the Justice Team for publishing by C.B.C.I. This information was reported to C.B.C.I. by a former POLICE UNDERCOVER AGENT, and was VERIFIED and SUBSTANTIATED by a WITNESS, a Retired TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE Police Officer.

The Justice Team has not as yet verified by media, and is now searching the Archives of the National Press for News Paper Headlines as to the aforementioned in the approximate years of 1966 thru 1972 and 1998 thru 2002.
