"NEW YORK STATE POLICE, TROOP K - PASS THE BUCK AS A COVER UP"

STATE POLICE INVESTIGATOR STEVEN STUETZLE, MOUTH PEACE for the NEW YORK STATE POLICE, TROOP K, at Millbrook, New York, said, (as a cover up to 5 deaths) "We had no patrols in the area, and passed out our information to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office"

"DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT - A+ FOR INCOMPETENCY"

SGT. JONATHAN HUGHES - MOUTH PEACE for the DUTCHESS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, admits 2 Sheriff's Patrols Dispatched to Rte. 55, and Bischoff Lane, to apprehend a reckless driver of a red Ford Probe with Pennsylvania License plates. The Deputies were unable to locate this very noticeable automobile, which a short time later (on the same Rte. 55) took the innocent life of 41 year old, Kathy A. Fedor, of Milton, N.Y.
