FRANCIS FUCHS, 61 - TAX ASSESSOR, Cairo, New York. Fuchs was ARRESTED October 10, 2003 - was CONVICTED March 1, 2004, on 2 MISDEMEANOR COUNTS of OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT, and has been sentenced on April 21, 2004, to fines of more then $1,500.00. Fuchs was FIRED and REPLACED as Cairo Assessor immediately following his CONVICTION.

SENATOR ADA SMITH - NEW YORK STATE SENATOR (Law maker), commits crimes. On March 24, 2004, Smith was TRIED, CONVICTED, and FINED $200.00 on previous CRIMINAL CHARGES brought against the Senator by the New York State Police.

JUSTICE GERALD GARSON - SUPREME COURT, DISGRACED Justice Garson was ARRESTED on, March 12, 2003, CRIMINALLY CHARGED with JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT, and FELONY BRIBE RECEIVING for allegedly fixing cases. AWAITING TRIAL he could face up to 9 YEARS IN PRISON IF CONVICTED

JACK GAFFNEY - former EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / HEAD OF NEW YORK STATE BRIDGE AUTHORITY at POUGHKEEPSIE / HIGHLAND BRIDGE HEADQUARTERS. On April 1, 2004, Ulster County District Attorney, Donald A. Williams will begin a Grand Jury Investigation to determine whether Gaffney should be CRIMINALLY CHARGED with bilking the Authority out of TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars. Gaffney was appointed by Governor Pataki, and is the father-in-law of Pataki confidant Kieran Mahoney.

MICHAEL S. McGRADY, 62 - ATTORNEY AT LAW, N.Y., former municipal attorney for local Towns and School Districts, was ARRESTED by the New York State Police, on March 5, 2004, and CHARGED with FELONY 2nd DEGREE GRAND LARCENY. McGrady confessed to steeling more than $400,000.00 from his clients. He has been released on a $25,000.00 bail pending trial, if convicted, faces up to 15 years in prison.

MARVIN WOLF, 69 - ATTORNEY AT LAW, N.Y., Stole $70,000.00 from a 66 year old mentally ill client, on March 24, 2004, Wolf was ARRESTED and ARRAIGNED on a FELONY CHARGE of 2nd DEGREE GRAND LARCENY, and faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted. He was released on $10,000.00 bail, AWAITING TRIAL

February 2000, ARRESTED by Harris County District Attorney's office CHARGED with 2nd DEGREE MURDER, (while dressed in uniform) and REMANDED to JAIL WITHOUT BAIL. March 2002, McGowan was CONVICTED of MURDER and SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS IN STATE PRISON

JON HAIGHT, 28 - CORRECTION OFFICER, Ulster County Law Enforcement Center. November 2003, Haight was ARRESTED and CHARGED with three alleged COUNTS of MISDEMEANOR ASSAULT, was served with departmental charges of MISCONDUCT and was SUSPENDED WITHOUT PAY. Both the Criminal and Administrative Charges are still pending.

Internal Affairs Bureau and arraigned on charges of OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT, GRAND LARCENY, PETIT LARCENY, IDENTITY THEFT, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION, CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY, FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS, AND COMPUTER TRESPASSING. In addition, a Bronx Grand Jury handed up a 55 COUNT INDICTMENT against Argilla

WALLKILL POLICE DEPARTMENT, Town of Wallkill, New York - Headed by Police Chief, ROBERT HERTMAN - On March 11, 2004, it was Proven to have Committed Systematic Abuses of Authority and Unconstitutional Practices against Citizens, and has only been allowed to continue in operation for the past 2 years, as had just a handful of BAD Police Departments across the Country, that only continue operations, under the watchful eye of a Federally Appointed Monitor as a result of its troubled past.

ALBER FENTRESS, 62 - former POUGHKEEPSIE MIDDLE SCHOOL HISTORY TEACHER. On January, 1980, Fentress was ARRESTED for MURDER, he confessed to the MURDER of student, PAUL MASTERS, who he SEXUALLY MUTILATED and CUT OFF and ATE SOME of Masters' BODY PARTS, then SHOT HIM IN THE HEAD. Fentress is attempting, after 25 years, to gain his freedom.
