	Force the Construction of Three (3) Route 9 Over-the-Highway Covered Safety Walkways.
	Enact a 5 year FULL Moratorium on any and all Building of any Configuration by Tax Exempt Entities.
	Enact a 5 year Moratorium on ALL Commercial and Residential Subdivisions and Building.
	Introduce a "Strong Supervisor" and "Police Commissioner" Power to the Supervisors Position.
	Creation of a Strong Allegiance between the Supervisor's position, the Town Board and the Citizen "Tax Payers".
	Creation of the Supervisor's "Open Door Policy" to the Citizen "Tax Payers" of the Town of Poughkeepsie.
	Creation of a "Transparent Government" for the Citizen "Tax Payers" of the Town of Poughkeepsie.
	Develop "Online Forums" for the Citizens of the Town of Poughkeepsie.
	Hiring of a New Impartial Town Budget Auditor.
